At its heart, this book is non-duality made human. It reveals that life can be trusted, boundaries should be held and self-love is paramount.

 

For decades, Jo Ashworth lived a life shaped by toxic family dynamics. She grew up learning that love meant subjugating herself to the will of others. Once established in childhood, this belief played out time after time in her adult relationships. 

 

Suffering led to a spiritual journey: of non-dual wisdom and altered states of consciousness — through which Jo came to see her family dynamic as a mirror. When she embraced the courage to look, she found her way home to herself.
